How it Started

Odi’e Fashion & Design was created in 2006 by Amanda Haynes, a serial entrepreneur, artist, seamstress, clothing designer. In her own words, “its been a journey to get to where I am at!” Starting with a fashion design collection in 2006 which won 3rd place in Montana’s Hatchfest Design competition, she began designing custom clothing pieces throughout her college days. From farmers markets, to local shops, and then one day branching into custom bridal alterations to making wedding dresses; her passion grew into a full service bridal shop! 

Today Odi’e Fashion & Design is not only a bridal shop offering many services but a custom dress line as well carried exclusivly and only in NW Montana!

Odi’e is a nickname from childhood (Amanda), a firm believer in education especially applied education, holds an AA, AAS in Business and AAS in Graphic Design from FVCC, and BAS in Communications and Business from MSUB. 

Among her creative pursuits are photo, video, and graphic design which she ran under Coelacanth Productions LLC in a studio in downtown Kalispell for 5 years.  She also started (2018) WEE Extraordinary Embroideries an apparel embroidery business which has since been partially combined into her bridal shop business. 

Currently, Odi’e married, lives off grid, enjoys the outdoors, gardening, painting and started a wedding venue www.48degreesnorth.com (@48degreesnorth2.0 Instagram) with her wonderful partner in life Jesse.
